CONTEST RULES:
The purpose of this contest is to gather names and e-mail addresses solely for the marketing of BY THE SEA RESORTS, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
BY THE SEA RESORTS reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time without prior notice.
Hotel accommodations include a 4-night stay in a penthouse for up to four people at Legacy by the Sea. Hotel accommodations must be booked and used between
August 1, 2008 and February 10, 2009. Some restrictions may apply. Reservations are required and acceptance is based on availability at the time of booking. Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old. A refundable $200 to $400 (based on the number of people) cash security deposit is required at check in when all guests occupying a room are under 25. The prize, or any portion of the prize, may not be redeemed for cash. Winners may give their prize to any qualified third party of their choosing.
Limit one entry per person, household and/or e-mail address. Winner will be selected by BY THE SEA RESORTS on July 18, 2008. Selection of winner is final. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release BY THE SEA RESORTS, its affiliates and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with any use, acceptance or possession of prize. Winner will be notified by email. If a winner is unable to use the prize, there will be no substitute prize or other compensation, and there will be no second winner chosen for the remainder of the contest period.
BY THE SEA RESORTS employees, vendors and suppliers, and members of their families are not eligible to win. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
